Mission
Salesforce.org introduced Enhanced Recurring Donations, a modernized and a more flexible version of the legacy recurring donations model used in the NPSP. While the existing setup at JCCSF was functioning without significant issues, it became clear that it lacked the flexibility and efficiency offered by the new model. Specifically, the organization faced several limitations:
- Accommodating flexible donor preferences was difficult and often required manual work.
- Manual processes increased the risk of human error and slowed down internal workflows.
