Why We Built ECHO

When I founded ECHO Technology Solutions in 2002, Salesforce was just beginning to demonstrate what cloud-based enterprise software could do. For large companies with big budgets, the opportunity was obvious. For nonprofits, legal aid organizations, and small businesses — organizations doing essential work with limited resources — it was out of reach.

That gap was the founding premise of ECHO: the organizations that stand to gain the most from powerful technology are often the ones least equipped to access it. We built this company to close that gap.

ECHO exists to give nonprofits and small and medium-sized businesses access to enterprise-class technology expertise — without requiring an enterprise-class budget.
