  • Technical interview – with management, staff, or executives (depending on the position). 
  • Final interview includes a conversation with company leaders (CEO or director of the department).
  • Final step –  a job offer is made by phone or email, which is followed by a formal letter that confirms employment details, such as job description, salary, benefits, paid leave, and management structure.

You will receive an email about the status of your application from the HR Manager within two to three weeks of applying. If you are selected for the interview process, you will receive a follow-up email after each step.
