Rachel Bloom was introduced to software development through her experience with Salesforce, where she served as client manager for a teen leadership project. Inspired by her work and its ability to create change, she made the shift from the client arena to support services. Rachel’s work at ECHO entails maximizing operational efficiency by conceptualizing and providing creative solutions for clients. Possessing a keen understanding of both the client and service sides, Rachel is uniquely positioned to provide strategic support. A dedicated problem solver, she is committed to the implementation of time-saving solutions that enable clients to focus on their business goals. When not at work, Rachel continues to indulge her creative passions by singing in her own a cappella group as well as designing and making women’s hats.
