As Consulting Partner, Karen is the first point of contact for many of ECHO’s clients and works with them to understand their business goals and collaborate on a vision to utilize technology to meet their needs. She joined ECHO in 2017 after five years working in the nonprofit sector for both local and international organizations. Karen has had the unique experience of working with ECHO as a client herself and uses this insight to anticipate needs and provide strategic support. Karen is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and is passionate about empowering users to have ownership over their data and systems. Outside of work, Karen enjoys reading science fiction novels, going to museums, and obsessing over all things related to fashion, beauty, and design.
