ECHO provides flexible support plans accessible to any organization with a more mature Salesforce instance. If you have an in-house development team, we are ready to augment their capabilities so they can focus on larger initiatives. If you don’t have a development team, we can provide the equivalent of a full-time staff person. Plans are available as a monthly allocation or an annual bundle of support hours. In the Developer Plan, ECHO supports Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S), Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot and more in addition to Sales Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Chatter.
