With over 15 years of professional experience in IT, James puts his knowledge and skills to work with ECHO’s clients in order to make the most of their networks and to provide critical technical support. A born problem solver, he enjoys tackling complex issues, from initiating the diagnostic phase of a project to determining and implementing the best possible solution. A De La Salle University graduate, James also attended Diablo Valley College and Heald College to acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge to become a successful engineer. A family man and a sports enthusiast, James enjoys taking his whole family to games and other sporting events.
