Service Desk Engineer
Charles studied in the Philippines as a computer technician. Building upon that experience, he moved to the United States, where he expanded his skill set. He focused on television, DVD, computer and cell phone repair at his father’s shop, and aspired to obtain an undergraduate education. Charles studied network system administration at Heald College, after which he completed a three-month internship at ECHO. Charles’s fondness for his work and the customer base led him to join ECHO on a full-time basis, assisting clients with various technological issues. Ever responsive to challenges, he truly loves troubleshooting and helping others to the best of his abilities. His vast knowledge of both hardware and software makes him a great asset to the team and a strong, independent worker. Recalling his early days of adventure in the US, Charles still enjoys repairing electronics in his spare time.
