Work.com

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Salesforce introduced Work.com, a collection of apps and services to help organizations prepare and respond to major events. Through Work.com, organizations can invite people back to work with shift management, manage the contact tracing process for employees, and provide access to emergency information and resources to those who need it most. Learn more.

Salesforce Anywhere (Beta)

To make Salesforce even more accessible to remote teams, Salesforce has released Salesforce Anywhere in beta mode. Staff can chat and receive personalize alerts to record changes even when they’re not in Salesforce. Admins can enable Salesforce Anywhere with ease by going to the Setup menu and choosing whether to enable it within the mobile app or Lightning Experience. Learn more.

Release Updates (Beta)

It’s now easier for admins to review critical updates needed with each release, all on one page. Admins can improve org performance, security, business logic and usability by reviewing and activating release updates via an improved user interface. Split View for List Views

We all love list views, but it can be cumbersome when working through a list one at a time. Salesforce has enhanced this experience by allowing users to display their list view as a split view, so they can view record details next to the entire list and quickly toggle between records. Learn more.

Community Cloud

Multi-Level Navigation

Salesforce has released a new Multi-Level Navigation Menu component for a fresh look and feel. Instead of a menu hierarchy, this component shows one level at a time with icons that guide users through up to five category levels. Learn more.

Improved Community Pages Menu

Row-Level Formula Limits Raised

Previously released with a limit of 3 row-level formulas, Salesforce has increased the limit on how many unique fields a report row-level formula can reference to 5. Learn more.

Report subscriptions are an easy way to get reports to your inbox on a regular basis. When people subscribe, they will now have a new option that lets them choose to receive an attached .csv file as well. Learn more.

Users can now access interactive widgets on Opportunity records showing tailored engagement data such as activity counts, details about the activities’ associated campaigns, and a list of recent activity by related contacts. Learn more.
