Windows 7 End of Life
Windows 7 End of Life

Are you aware that Windows 7 support will be discontinued on January 14, 2020? Windows 7 was released on October 22, 2009 by Microsoft with a commitment to provide 10 years of support and those 10 years are soon coming to an end. This is critical because it means security patches and updates will no longer be available to protect your PC! ECHO recommends your organization make moves now to Windows 10 to ensure your staff are prepared and protected before January 14, 2020. Learn more about ECHO’s recommendations and contact us if you have any further questions. Hurry up, the clock is ticking!

ECHO Hosted a Nonprofit IT Budgeting Webinar

IT Budget

April is an important month for nonprofits around the US because a large number of nonprofits do their budgeting around this time. ECHO has worked with over a hundred nonprofit organizations as well as several hundred for-profit organizations and helped build budgets over the past 20 years. Therefore, we understand that nonprofit budgeting can be tricky and even more so when it has to do with technology. So, we decided to share some of our hard-earned wisdom with you through our “Nonprofit Budgeting for Technology” webinar that was hosted on April 9th. The end goal: to help nonprofits strategically think about their technology budget and maximize the impact of their technology investment. Check out the webinar recording here and if you still have questions afterwards, feel free to get in touch
